FOR RESERVATION TO BE CONFIRMED:
- Rental Agreement (which will be emailed to the Guest) must be digitally signed by Guest within 24 hours of making reservation.
- Copy of Photo ID (that matches reservation name & credit card name) must be attached to signed Rental Agreement.
- Minimum age of primary renter is 25.
- No animals allowed. (Our family has severe allergies and asthma.)
- No smoking allowed in the villa or on the balcony.
Due at Booking: 10% of Reservation Total, Signed Rental Agreement and government issued Photo ID.
Due 60 Days before Check-in: Full Payment of Reservation Total
Due 7 days before Check-in: Refundable Damage Deposit
PARKING/RESORT PASSES: Our resort collects a $25 per vehicle fee for parking and 24/7 security.
Please indicate how many vehicles you will have when making your reservation.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: The $200 "security deposit" is a
refundable damage deposit that is charged 7 days before check-in and, pending an inspection of the property, will be refunded within 7 days of check-out.
CLEANING FEE: The cleaning fee is to prepare the villa for your check-in, including providing all linens, starter sets of toiletries and paper products, and for cleaning the villa after you check-out.

If you cancel....
61+ days before Check-in Date: Full refund of all deposits/payments.
30-60 days before Check-in Date: 90% refund.
14-29 days before Check-in Date: 50% refund.
13 days or less before Check-in Date: No refund*
*Resort/parking fee, cleaning fees, and damage deposit are refundable regardless of cancellation date.
If it is more than 13 days before Check-in, a Guest needing to cancel their reservation may choose to reschedule their visit for other available dates. The full amount that Guest has already paid will be applied to the total cost of the new reservation (which will be calculated at listed rates for the new dates). The payment then becomes nonrefundable for those new dates.
*We encourage all Guests to purchase traveler insurance through a private company. It is Guest’s responsibility to obtain and know their own coverage options. Here is an article that may help you find traveler insurance to meet your needs:
