Booking Policies
Rental Fees​
​
Cleaning Fee....$185
Our villa will be professionally cleaned for your arrival. We will provide bed and bath linens and a starter set of toiletries and paper products.
​
Resort/Parking Fee...$35
Each vehicle staying at the resort is required to have a resort parking pass. This provides guaranteed parking and 24/7 security at the resort.
Minimum Stay
​
Our typical minimum nightly stays:
Spring: 2-4 nights
Summer: 4 nights
Fall & Winter: 2 nights
Holidays: 3-4 nights

However, this may vary depending on gaps in calendar or special deals.
Payment Schedule
​
Due at Booking: 10% of Reservation Total, Signed Rental Agreement, and Photo ID.
Due 30 days before Arrival: Full Payment of Reservation Total.
Due 7 days before Arrival: $300 Refundable Security Deposit
Booking Age Requirement
​
Primary guest (person making the reservation) must be at least 25 years old. The primary guest must be present in the villa for the entire rental time period.
Cancellation Policy
​
If you cancel you reservation...
30+ days before Check-in Date: Full refund minus 3% processing fee.
14-29 days before Check-in Date: 50% refund minus 3% processing fee.
13 days or less before Check-in Date: No refund
Security Deposit
​
We collect a $300 refundable security deposit 7 days before check-in. Pending an inspection of the property, the security deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out.
Traveler's Insurance
​
We encourage all guests to purchase traveler insurance through a private company.
Secure Payments​
All payments are made through Square, a secure credit card processor. We never see your credit card information.
Rental Agreement
​
All guests will be required to sign our rental agreement and provide a photo ID at time of booking.
