The Villa: HHI Tide 21
HHI Tide 21 is the perfect villa for your family.
Our beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bathroom villa has an 888 sq. ft. open floor plan that accommodates up to 8 guests and is fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home. HHI Tide 21 has been designed with families in mind so you can relax and have a wonderful vacation.

When you arrive at the villa, you will have a personalized access code for the digital lock. So you can check-in at your convenience and won't need to keep up with a key during your stay.
When you step inside the villa, you will be greeted by soft coastal blue walls, charming beach decor, and rustic wood floors throughout. The open floor plan offers plenty of space for your family to relax and enjoy your time together.
Fully equipped kitchen
You will find a kitchen fully equipped for you to make meals for your family so you can save money on eating out, if you wish.
There is a full-size oven, electric stove, dishwasher, kitchen sink, and refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker, as well as a garbage disposal, toaster oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and blender.
We supply pots, pans, cookie sheets, cupcake pans, baking pans, casserole dishes, mixing bowls, tupperware, measuring cups and spoons, cutting boards, colanders, cooking and serving utensils, chef knives, corkscrews, and bottle/can openers. We also provide plenty of plates and bowls (some ceramic and some plastic), drinking glasses, plastic cups, mugs, wine glasses, flatware, and steak knives. You will find placemats, dish towels, pot holders, and dish rags, as well as a starter supply of dish soap, paper towels, garbage bags, and dishwasher pellets. There is also plenty of cabinet space to store your groceries.
We have tried to think of everything you might possibly need to make cooking on vacation as easy as possible!
Comfortable, spacious living and dining spaces
The dining area is conveniently located just steps from the kitchen. You will find an expansive table with seating for 8 guests! A great place to eat together or play board games together.

Directly behind the dining table, you will find a large comfortable living area with two brand new sofas and coffee table, and a beautiful beachy-blue rug. When it's family movie night, or just time to take a break from the beach, your family can gather around the 42" flat screen LED TV with cable, Chromecast, and DVD player. Your family will love the shelves full of board games and card games and our large selection of DVD movies for guests of all ages. When it's time to turn in for the night, one of the sofas opens up into a queen bed with a luxury 4" foam mattress.

Just beyond the living area is the private balcony with a bistro table and seating for 4. We are lucky to be in a very quiet area of the resort so the balcony is the perfect place to have a cup of coffee in the morning, a glass of wine at night, or to play a game of cards.
2 beautiful bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms provide plenty of space for your whole family.
Just off the living area is the primary bedroom, otherwise known as the parent retreat! The primary bedroom has a comfortable king bed with a stylish shiplap headboard, 2 chests of drawers, a hanging closet, full length mirror, ceiling fan, and black-out curtains. For your entertainment and relaxation, you will find a 40" flat screen TV with cable and Chromecast and plenty of novels for you to read.

The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a beautiful brand-new shower and plenty of storage for your belongings on open shelves and under the vanity.

The secondary bedroom is perfect for kids or for a second couple. You will find a set of twin bunk beds and a separate queen bed to accommodate 4 guests. There is plenty of storage in the 2 huge under bed drawers and in the hanging closet. There is an enclosed ceiling fan that is safe for bunk beds and a full-length mirror. Your kids will love the basket of children's books and the flat screen TV with cable, Chromecast, and DVD player.
The second bathroom is adjacent to the second bedroom and has a tub/shower combo and plenty of storage on the open shelves or under the vanity.

All beds are equipped with allergy/bedbug proof mattress covers, plenty of pillows, fresh linens, and a quilt that is laundered between each reservation. (This is very rare in hotels and vacation rentals; most wash their quilts only 2-3 times a year.)

Each bathroom has a hair dryer, bath towels, washcloths, hand towels, and a bath mat, as well as a starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and bath soap.
Special touches to make your vacation perfect
You will have access to the digital thermostat in the villa and can control the temperature to your preference. For safety, we provide a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector, a carbon monoxide detector, and first aid supplies.

You will have our very thorough digital guide book to answer any questions you may have, give you ideas of things to do and places to go, and have our contact information, all at your fingertips.

Last, but certainly not least, we have a huge closet full of beach and pool equipment and toys for you to use! We provide beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach umbrella/canopy, pool/ocean inflatables, pails, shovels, beach balls, bocce ball, padima (paddle ball), frisbees, and more. We also provide you with an awesome beach cart with balloon tires to carry all of your beach gear down the steps, to the beach, and onto the sand! Just bring your beach towels (not provided) and your sunscreen!
