Welcome to HHI Tide 21! Located at Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort, this family friendly villa is a 4 minute walk through the beautiful resort to the beach, oceanfront pool and 3 resort restaurants or a 2 minute walk to tennis courts and playground. "HHI Tide 21" has an open floor plan that accommodates up to 8 guests and is fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home. We want families with kids to love our villa so we have taken extra care to provide beach equipment, games, books, movies, & a fully stocked kitchen.

- King bed with brand new Serta Blissful Excellence pillow-top mattress.

- Hanging closet. 
- Library of novels 
- 40" flat screen TV with cable and Chromecast. 
 
SECOND BEDROOM: 
- Perfect for children or a second couple. 
- Queen bed and a set of Twin bunk beds 
- Comfortably sleeps 4 guests. 
- 2 Huge under bed drawers for clothes, toys, and other belongings. 
- Basket of children's books 
- Flat screen TV with cable, DVD player and Chromecast. 
 
Each bedroom includes all bed linens, including sheets, blankets, quilts, bedbug/allergy proof mattress protectors, and pillows. 
 
**In an effort to keep our guests as healthy as possible, we launder all quilts and blankets after each stay. (This is not the standard in hotels and vacation rentals.)** 
 
2 FULL BATHROOMS: 
- Main bathroom is en-suite and has a brand new walk-in shower. 
- Second bathroom is in the hall and has a tub/shower combo. 
- Bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, bath mats provided 
- Hair dryers and mirrors in each bathroom

IMPORTANT NOTES: 
- Our villa is on the 3rd (and top) floor of our building. There is NO ELEVATOR, but the stairs are easy to climb and are directly next to our villa. 
- NO PETS and No Emotional Support Animals allowed. (Certified service animals must have prior approval from the resort with required documents.) Guest will be charged a a $250 per day fine for anyone in violation of the resort's animal policy. 
- Primary Guest (the person making the booking) must be AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD and must be on the property with additional guests at all times. 
- Our villa is a NO SMOKING (no vaping) unit, including on the balcony. 
- Unassigned parking for one vehicle in the open parking lot is included in your reservation. Additional parking passes can be purchased from the owner for a fee of $35 per vehicle. 
- E-bikes are their batteries are NOT permitted at the resort.

Maximum Number of Guests: 8 (including infants), no exceptions.Minimum Age: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and must be at the property for the duration of the stay.No Pets: Resort policy does not allow pets or emotional support animals for short-term renters. (Certified service animals must have required paperwork and prior approval of the resort. However, due to severe allergies in our family, we prefer to not host animals in our villa.)Child friendly: Our villa is ideal for families with children who will love the bunk beds in the guest bedroom, the basket of children's books, board games, family DVD movies, and all of the beach and pool toys provided!No events/parties allowedNo smoking or vaping allowed in villa, on the balcony, or in the interior of the building.Parking: Unassigned parking is available right outside our building. One parking/resort pass is included in your reservation total. If you have more than one vehicle, we will collect a $35 per vehicle fee for the parking pass prior to check-in. (You cannot purchase them at the resort.) Please let us know if you will have more than one vehicle during your stay.No e-bikes allowed at the resort.No elevator: The villa is on the 3rd &amp; top floor of the building and is accessible only by stairs.

After coming back to Hilton Head year after year for family vacations with our three children, we finally bought our own vacation home on the island in January 2020. We love being able to come to our favorite island several times every season now (fall is our favorite!), but we also enjoy creating a family friendly vacation home for others.We know first-hand how difficult it can be to travel with children, so we have taken extra care to create the perfect vacation destination for families with kids.We manage our own property because we want to get to know our guests and want to create a place that families want to return to every year.
