Do you allow pets?
No, our resort is a pet-free resort. Additionally, our family has asthma and severe allergies to all cats and dogs, so we strive to maintain an allergen-free environment for our family and our guests.
Do you allow smoking?
No, we do not allow smoking or vaping of any substances in our villa, on our balcony, or in the hallway of our building. Thank you!
Does your building have an elevator?
Unfortunately our building does not have an elevator. We are on the third (and top) floor, so there are steps to climb. We do have a wonderful beach cart with balloon tires that is easy to roll up and down the stairs with the beach equipment!
Is your villa handicapped accessible or appropriate for people with limited mobility?
Although the interior of our villa has all living spaces on a single floor, there are stairs leading to the villa itself. The building does not have an elevator. To enter or exit the villa, you must climb 3 sets of stairs.
Do you have a washer and dryer in your villa?
We do not have laundry facilities in our villa, as they are not permitted per regime rules. There is a coin-operated laundry room in the rear of the tennis pro shop, about 100 yards away from the villa.
What time is Check-in and Check-out? Can I check in early or check out late?
Check-in is 4:00 pm; Check-out is 10:00 am.
When possible, we are happy to allow our guests to check in early. However, it is not guaranteed. There are many factors that impact the ability to check in early, such as cleaning crew availability, maintenance needs, and required repairs. Please be aware that this is less likely on Saturday check-ins and during high occupancy months. As soon as the villa is vacant, cleaned, and ready for your stay, I will text you and let you know that you can go ahead and check in!
Do you have a pack-and-play or other baby equipment?
We do not have any baby equipment in the villa, but there is a wonderful company called Beach-n-Baby Rentals that rents all types of baby (and beach) equipment. What kind of communication can I expect with you, the Owner?
Prior to your stay, you will have my email address, as well as the Contact Form on this site. I will be happy to answer any questions or help you find resources as you prepare for your vacation.
What if there is a problem during our stay?
Firstly, we strongly encourage all of our guests to do a thorough inspection of the property upon arrival and to notify us immediately of any issues with cleanliness or disrepair.
When do I get my security/damage deposit back?
After my cleaning staff has inspected the villa and reported no significant damage to the linens, furniture, or structure of the villa, your damage deposit will be refunded to your credit card. This generally occurs within 2 days of check-out, but could take up to 7 days. If there are any issues that may incur a forfeit of part or all of your deposit, you will be notifed as soon as possible.
